Dr. Mario Laskaris was born in Montreal, Canada on July 1, 1971. He is a dentist by profession and is the owner and principal dentist of The Chilliwack Dental Centre. He has been successfully treating patients in the Community of Chilliwack for over 10 years and is extremely famous among his patients for his caring behaviour, patience and the ability to put them at ease.

He attended The Concordia University seeking a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, specializing in genetics and was also awarded with NSERC, national research award for research in tumor suppressing genes. He completed his dental degree from the McGill University in 1998. After graduation, Dr. Mario Laskaris and his family moved to Penticton where he practiced for 1 year under a contract. Since June 1999, he has been serving in Chilliwack and has put in every effort to make the Chilliwack Dental Centre best in the area.

This club is famous for organizing various charitable events like the Meals On Wheels Program for the needy, Polio Plus worldwide eradication program, the Rotary Wheelchair Foundation for the Disadvantaged around the world.
