Mario Laskaris is a well known Canada based Dentist. He was born on July1, 1971 in Montreal. He was an outstanding student with an excellent academic record. During his graduation, he studied Bachelors in Biology, specializing in genes from Concordia University. He was awarded NSERC for his research on tumor suppressing genes. He joined McGill University in 1993, where he entered the faculty of Dentistry and completed his dental Degree in 1998 and then shifted to Penticton with his family. There he got the license to practice in British Columbia by The College of Dental Surgeons of BC.

He practiced in Penticton for one year under the contract, and then shifted to Chilliwack. At Chilliwack, Mario Laskaris started the Chilliwack Dental Centre in June 1999, and is known as its principal dentist. He provides General Dentistry services for adults and children. These services include oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, crown and bridgework, aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, oral sedation, periodontal maintenance and endodontic. He is not only a highly reputed dentist but is also a well known humanitarian.

Mario Laskaris is a compassionate human being as he believes in serving the poor and underprivileged. He has been an active participant in professional and community activities. Being an active member of the Chilliwack Mt. Cheam Rotary Club, he has been a part of various charities and programs like the Meals on Wheels Program for the needy, Polio Plus Worldwide Eradication Program, the Rotary Wheelchair Foundation for the Disadvantaged around the world, and many more. He has also worked on community programs like working on 2 Rotary parks, CATT fund, Toys for Tots and Children’s Foundation fundraising. He is passionate about soccer and is an active coach of the youth soccer. He is married and has two children and loves spending quality time with them.
