Born on July1, 1971, Dentist Mario Laskaris is a well known dental professional from Chilliwack, British Columbia. After completing his bachelor’s degree in biology, specializing in genes from Concordia University in 1993, he joined the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill University. He completed his dental degree in 1998, and upon completing his degree, he shifted to Penticton with his family in the same year. On June1, he got the license to practice in British Columbia by the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, and he practiced in Penticton for 1 year.

Dentist Mario Laskaris was a brilliant student, and he has achieved excellent grades throughout his studies. While, graduating, he conducted a research on tumour suppressing genes and was awarded NSERC, national research award. After moving to Chilliwack, in June 1999, he started his own facility which is named as the Chilliwack Dental Centre. He practices there as the principal dentist and specializes in delivering general dentistry for adults and children which includes oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, crown and bridgework, aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, oral sedation periodontal maintenance and endodontic.

Apart from being a dedicated dentist, he is a soccer lover and is an active coach of the youth soccer. Dentist Mario Laskaris actively takes part in all professional and community activities. Being an active member of the Chilliwack Mt. Cheam Rotary Club, he has involved himself into programs like the Meals On Wheels Program for the needy, Polio Plus worldwide eradication program, the Rotary Wheelchair Foundation for the Disadvantaged around the world. He is also working on community activities, including work on 2 Rotary parks, CATT fund, toys for tots and Children’s foundation fundraising. He is a loving husband and father of two children and loves spending quality time with them.
