Thirty-eight year-old Dentist Mario Laskaris was born in Montreal, Canada. He has been practicing in Chilliwack as the owner and principal dentist of the Chilliwack Dental Centre since June 1999. A decade of hard work and perseverance has helped him in establishing himself in this business as the leading dental service providers in the area. Prior to establishing The Chilliwack Dental Centre, Dr. Mario Laskaris had started his practice under contract in Penticton.

During his college days, he was regarded as a bright student by his teachers and fellow students. He attended McGill University, majoring in biology. He specialized in genetics and was awarded an NSERC, national research award for research in tumor suppressing genes. He completed his dental degree from the McGill University in 1998. His family had moved to Penticton after his graduation.

Dentist Mario Laskaris participates actively in the community activities of Chilliwack Mt. Cheam Rotary Club. He has been involved in various charities and programs through the club, such as the Meals On Wheels Program for the needy, Polio Plus worldwide eradication program, the Rotary Wheelchair Foundation for the Disadvantaged around the world, etc. Other than these, he has participated in community activities like working on 2 Rotary parks, CATT fund, Toys for Tots and Childrens' Foundation fundraising.

Dentist Mario Laskaris loves to play soccer and football and he has been an active coach in both sports. According to him, playing soccer is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy. He is married and has two children. He likes to spend quality time with his wife and kids.
